"Antonio Saillant took the stage at Syracuse University's "Showcase for Sustainability" event, where he highlighted the significance of sustainable initiatives in film, television, and Broadway. The keynote speech, held at the Schine Student Center, was a part of SU Showcase - a campus-wide celebration of students' efforts towards sustainability and a green economy across the energy, entertainment, and plastics industries."Antonio was introduced by Sherburne Abbott, who was recently appointed as Syracuse University's Vice President for Sustainability Initiatives and Professor of Sustainability Science & Policy. Abbott, a renowned expert in the sustainability field, served as the Associate Director for Environment in the Obama Administration's Office of Science and Technology Policy. Rachel May, Coordinator of Sustainability and now Senator, emphasized that Syracuse is a top-ranked school in Journalism and that Antonio's speech provided students with a unique perspective on the "green future of entertainment."

Antonio Saillant, a sustainable film and TV producer, spoke at NYIT's Earth Day for Sustainability event. He talked about promoting sustainability in the entertainment industry, from energy to waste management. Associate Professor Robert Amundsen, Ph.D., invited Saillant to share his expertise. Saillant has formed production companies Angel Light Communications and The Saillant Company to empower filmmakers to create environmentally responsible productions. He's a filmmaker who's committed to reducing the impact of the industry on the environment. With a background in energy consulting, Saillant brings a unique perspective to his work. The production companies aim to educate and inspire the next generation of artists who are passionate about sustainability. All their films follow green production guidelines to minimize environmental impact.
